Enhanced graphics mode

In the latest update I have added an on the fly toggle between classic wireframe graphics mode, and the new enhanced mode!

Enhanced mode has high poly textured models, lighting and loads of particle effects to boot. Here's an example of switching between classic and enhanced mode mid gameplay:

In addition, I'm adding some extra features that will hopefully enhance the gameplay experience too, the first of which is a dissolve effect when your ship goes outside the play space. This gives the player a bit of feedback of what is happening. If you're quick enough to turn your head you can even see the ship undissolve(!?) on the other side of the play space too!
